Frequently asked questions
Do you provide free estimates? Yes we do! In some rare cases when we are requested to do estimates outside of our normal coverage area, we charge a minimal fee. That fee will be deducted off the estimate.
What is your normal coverage area? Typically we will travel 40 miles outside of the Saint Louis Metro area.
Do you warranty your work? Yes we do! All of our labor is covered with a one year warranty on craftsmanship. Material has its own manufacturer warranty on there product.
Where are you located? We are located in Shrewsbury, MO. which is located 12 miles south of downtown St. Louis.
Do you have a showroom? Currently we do not have a showroom for clients to visit. We deal with select vendors who operate showrooms that you can visit. By doing this it keeps our overhead low so we can pass the savings on to you!
Are you insured? Yes we are fully insured to do work in Missouri and Illinois.
How long have you been in business? We have had our doors open since 1998. I have been in the building trades since 1987.
Do you do the work yourself ? Yes I do! I also have installers that work directly under me that will be there as well.
Do you use subcontractors? On rare occasions where we do larger project where more manpower is needed, we use select subcontractors that been have used before that have met our high quality standards.
Why should we use your company? I love to get this one! I treat all of my past, present and future clients as people, not a number. I treat each job like it was my own home. I am there from start to finish to answer all questions. We vacuum the carpet, clean all work areas and take all trash upon leaving the project.
What if I have purchased materials elsewhere, can you install for us? Yes we can! However we will only be able to warranty our craftsmanship.
